Mark is passionate about human behaviour and psychology.  Mark recently left ING Bank to set up Psybersafe, to focus on employee behaviour in cyber security.  After a 26-year career in Financial Markets with a number of banks in all the major financial centres, Mark joined an ING innovation accelerator.  Given his interest in organisational behaviour and psychology, he and his team created an online platform to promote behaviour change in employees.  They could show metrics that showed real positive change in cyber behaviour.  Mark is now building a dedicated platform to turn e-learning into something interesting and effective in relation to cyber security.  90% of cyber-attacks start with human interaction, yet organisations’ focus tends to neglect the individual.  With Psybersafe, Mark and team are aiming to turn the first line of risk into the first line of defence.

Mark has a BSc in Economics and Finance, a Master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management and a BSc (Honours) in Psychology (The Open University).
